Luaus and Hawaiian Shows

Hula

The spectacular entertainment and night life of the Hawaiian Islands are an important part of your vacation plans.

Advance booking is recommended as these popular events sell out. My experience is that the price reflects the quality for most luau dinner shows. Choose one that is easy to get to from your lodging. There are seating and menu options. Most Luaus are buffet style with "all you can eat", which may be more than you should eat. My favorites? Paradise Cove on Oahu, Royal Lahaina on Maui, A Journey to New Lands at the Hyatt, on Kauai, Island Breeze on Big Island.

Hawaiian culture and history are skillfully demonstrated by the food, costumes and dancers that entertain visitors on a daily basis.

There are many other types of entertainment and dinner shows in the islands. Oahu and Maui offer shows with cocktails or dinner. Maui has a circus performance called Ulalena. There is Hawaiian entertainment on the sunset dinner cruises.

The most famous cultural center is the Polynesian Cultural Center on Oahu. I love Oahu, it's my Hawaii home. Visitors who have not decided on which island to visit would find Oahu a great value with lots of fun things to do.

Maui has lots of luaus. There are some good deals for combos with submarine or helicopter tours.

Call to request an activity plan for your travel dates. I can look up the rates for you. My number is 1-800-941-0081.

Online booking is also an option.
