Maui Golf Courses and Maui Golf Resorts

Four great regions for golf in Maui:
Kapalua, Kaanapali, Wailea and Makena.

Maui Golf Courses

Kapalua Bay Golf Course
Kapalua Golf offers three championship courses, The Bay, The Village and The Plantation, set amidst Maui's magnificent landscape make Kapalua the #1 golf resort in Hawaii. Each distinctive course presents its own challenge to a player's abilities... even PGA TOUR professionals are put to the test as they compete in the the Mercedes Championships. This PGA TOUR event is held every January on Kapalua's Plantation Course.
Kapalua Bay
18 Holes; Par 72; 6600 yards. All prices per person including golf cart rental.
There is no better place in the world to experience golf than at Kapalua. Kapalua’s Bay Course features a spectacular hole – the par-3 fifth – that is built with the tee on one side of a Pacific inlet and the green on the other.

Kapalua Plantation
18 Holes; Par 73; 7263 yards. All prices per person including golf cart rental.
The par 73, 7,263-yard Plantation Course, is the course of the PGA TOUR Mercedes Championships each January featuring an elite field of previous year's PGA TOUR winners. Play the course where Ernie Ells shot 32 in 2003! A treat to play at least once in your life.
Kapalua Village
18 Holes; Par 70; 6378 yards. All prices per person including golf cart rental.
There is no better place in the world to experience golf than at Kapalua. The Village, designed by Arnold Palmer, plays its first five holes high into the West Maui Mountains. When you emerge on the sixth tee, you are greeted by a stunning panorama of the Pacific.
Kaanapali Golf Course
North: 18 Holes; Par 71; 6693 yards. All prices per person including golf cart rental.
The Kaanapali North Course is one of only two golf courses in all of Hawaii designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. The legendary architect took full advantage of the region's scenic natural beauty to create a course that is distinctive, demanding and appealing.
South: Arthur Jack Snyder's 18-hole course includes a par 71 and 6,555 yards that snuggles up to the sea. Not to mention the whimsical Sugar Cane Train, whose steam locomotive, a reminder of turn-of-the-century Hawaii, chugs past on its way to the historic whaling town of Lahaina.

King Kamehameha Golf Club
Kahili Course

18 Holes; All prices per person including golf cart rental.
Formerly known as Sandalwood, the King Kamehameha Golf Club will be undergoing renovations over the next year. Nestled in the foothills of the scenic West Maui Mountains, the course takes advantage of the local terrain and Hawaiian Trade Winds to create a unique golf experience.

Makena South
The proximity to the ocean is exactly why the Makena South Course is so special. Besides having two oceanfront holes, numbers fifteen and sixteen, the South Course also affords an excellent view of humpback whales that visit here each winter.

Makena North
Opened in 1993, the Makena North Course goes out of its way to make golfers feel at one with their natural surroundings. There are no distractions on this course-unless you considered the unobstructed views of the blue pacific, neighboring islands, and humpback whales breaching during whale season.

Pukalani Country Club
18 Holes; Par 74; 6882 yards. All prices per person including golf cart rental.
Pukalani's fairways are wide and hilly, and its greens are fast and sloped. The course is located at 1,100 feet in elevation, resulting in cooler playing conditions. The biggest challenges come from the wind and elevation changes. The high elevation provides some great views of the Island of Maui.

Wailea Golf Club. Home to the Senior Skins Game! Wailea Golf Club offers 3 of Maui's top courses, the Gold Course and Emerald Course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., and the Blue Course designed by Jack Synder. Play each course with the Triple Play Special!

Wailea Blue
The first course ever built in Wailea, the stately Blue is a gracious resort course that has been ranked among America's best resort courses by Golf Digest. In its lifetime, it has hosted such prestigious events as the LPGA Women's Kemper Open and Japan's Asahi-Kyosen pro/celebrity golf tournament.

Wailea Emerald
Rated one of the best new courses by Golf Magazine and Golf Digest, as well as one of North America's most women-friendly by Golf for Women, the Wailea Emerald is akin to a lush tropical playground. Flowers bloom in great abundance: plumeria, bird of paradise, allamanda, gazenia, bougainvillea.

Wailea Gold
The home course of The Senior Skins Game, the Wailea Gold Course is the most challenging of Wailea's trio. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., it has been ranked among the country's best new courses by Golf Magazine and Golf Digest, and one of the world's best designed by the readers of Conde Nast.

The Dunes at Maui Lani Golf Course
18 Holes; Par 72; 6841 yards. All prices per person including golf cart rental.
The Dunes at Maui Lani Golf Course is built on million-year old sand dunes located in central Maui. Its 18 holes are unique to anything in America because of the terrain upon which they are set, and the design techniques which were deployed by the course's architect.
Elleair Maui Golf Club
This course opened in 1987, and was originally known as Silversword. The trade winds hit the course usually in the mornings and late afternoons, and the course was designed with this in mind as many of the holes bring the wind into play.
